This trophy buck was bagged by Craig Goetz of Cedar Rapids, Iowa
during the 1997 bow season on the Bill Kron farm.
Craig was just approaching his tree stand mid afternoon
when he spotted his trophy buck approaching.
He was not expecting to see action quite so quickly
and before he had a chance to climb into his tree stand.
Craig barely had enough time to draw his bow,
but did so quickly as the buck approached his tree,
and briefly turned broadside to Craig.
Having little time to aim
he let his arrow fly as soon as possible.
Craig was certain that his arrow had hit the Buck.
The Buck turned and ran 100 yards before it fell dead.
The rack scored 181+ points, six months after he shot it.

and(or) deer trophy are not included in this auction.

The minimum winning bid for this auction
is $500.00
One purchased hunting lease agreement permit
per person is required.
Permit holders may hunt deer, turkeys or pheasants, Quail,
Coyote, Fox, Raccoon, Rabbit, Squirrel
during their prospective Iowa seasons.
BOW, SHOTGUN AND MUZZLELOADER weapon choices
must be used according to Iowa hunting laws.
This particular leased hunting agreement permit
is valid only on Bill Kron property
located in 2 parcels in Cedar
and Johnson Counties, Iowa
Each hunting lease agreement permit
is good for hunting up to 400 acres, more or less,
of prime Bill Kron Iowa hunting land.
Yes, this lease agreement is valid for hunting
Deer, Turkey,Pheasant. Quail,
Coyote, Fox, Raccoon, Rabbit and Squirrel
during their prospective Iowa seasons.
In addition each hunter must purchase
all applicable hunting licenses
and stamps required by Iowa law.
A completed Hunting Lease Application is required
and
is subject to approval.
A hunting application is available upon request
and also
will be mailed at the successful conclusion of this auction.

The winning bidder agrees to sign
a hunting lease form and liability waiver.
A deposit payment of 50% of

All fees for a non approved
hunting lease application,
will be reimbursed and are totally refundable.
All fees accepted for an approved hunting lease application
are non refundable for any reason.
I would not be able to give any sort of refund
if you were unable to obtain the necessary
required Iowa hunting permits, tags or licenses
to hunt lawfully in Iowa
or if you were to cancel for any reason.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations
for any reason. In the event that a
cancellation was necessary, Subleasing would be
a possibility with my approval only.
The replacement hunter or hunting group applications
would be expected to meet my final approval.

new hunting lease forms would be required
